Super Woman Heidi Klum Speaks Up: “Every Woman is a 10”

Donald Trump is no one’s favourite person at the moment, this including Heidi Klum.

The outspoken racist, sexist and anti-veteran aspiring presidential candidate seems to have something against the stunning supermodel who was known as The Body during her run as a Victoria’s Secret Angel.

In an interview with The New York Times last year the Republican frontrunner was questioned over his comments about Fox News host Megyn Kelly after the GOP debate, but insisted that he finds “women to be amazing.”

“Sometimes I do go a little bit far,” Trump, 69, admitted, and then added, “Heidi Klum. Sadly, she’s no longer a 10.”

Heidi Klum could have then done many things in response. She could have ridiculed him, but instead the America’s Got Talent judge posted a video on Instagram and Twitter showing that apart from being a super woman she also has a great sense of humour:

Heidi Klum appears to have taken the whole thing in stride and showed she refuses to be intimidated or put down by a bully like Trump.

She could have stopped there, but decided to speak up against the whole thing last thing on Access Hollywood:

I was just making light of the situation because it was kind of funny I thought. But really, the whole entire situation about women is not really funny, you know to put a number on a woman, especially women. We juggle so many things and I feel that women who support their families, who have children, who make their lunches, drive them all over the place, work at the same time—I mean, we do so many things. So in my book, every woman is a 10.”

Mostly, though, the America’s Got Talent and Project Runway judge (and mother of four) was confused by why Trump was even talking about her at all. “Personally, I have no idea what I have to do with the election,” she said. “Why do I come into play with this election? Like that doesn’t make sense to me to be honest with you.”

You go Heidi!
